- How does the fitting system work? Do I need to arrange this?
Colourbank does not offer a fitting service, but with your permission, we can liaise with carpet fitters to arrange the date of your fitting, the timing and the installation itself. We can also liaise with them regarding any after installation queries. Ask in store for details.
- Do I need to arrange for someone to be home during the fitting?
Ideally, when we come to fit your carpet, someone should be home during the fitting. However, we can also collect your keys and return them after the job is done.
- Is there an additional cost for carpet fitting and removal?
Yes, at Colourbank carpet fitting starts from £3.75 per m². Uplift and disposal are also charged at £3.75 per m².
- How long does carpet fitting take?
Carpet fitting duration varies. A full room can take between 15-45 minutes, depending on the size and complexity.
