The excellent Hypnos Pillow Top Select mattress is a luxurious mattress, hand-made to offer the ultimate in both comfort and support. The mattress is made with a unique combination of materials that work together to provide a sumptuous sleeping surface as well as a supportive core of Hypnos pocket springs. This wonderful new Hypnos Pillow Top mattress has proven to be hugely popular in a short space of time.
One of the key ingredients of this Hypnos mattress is combination of the Solotex, a deep fleece made from British wool and a deep pad of Himalayan allo and the final layer of kapok and cotton. These materials work in conjunction with one another in order to provide superior support and comfort through the night. The top layers are set in the Pillow Top layer, a loose layer that looks separate (but is not) to the rest of the mattress, allowing for those layers to remain softer.
The mattress also features the ReActivePro pocket spring system, which has six active turns and offers additional support around the edge of the mattress, allowing you to sleep all the way to the edge without fear of roll-off. Two rows of genuine hand side-stitching enhance the overall support.
The mattress cover is made from responsibly sourced cotton and is infused with a treatment derived from natural extracts to meet fire retardancy standards. This sleep surface is not only luxurious, but it is also safe and naturally fire-resistant, making it a responsible choice for your home, free from chemicals.
The Hypnos Pillow Top Select mattress is single sided, meaning that you don’t have to turn the mattress over to maintain its shape and quality. Instead, it is recommended that you simply rotate the mattress regularly, every 12 weeks or so (although we recommend every 10 days for the first month after delivery). The mattress is 29cm deep.
The materials used in the mattress are sustainable and responsibly sourced. The Solotex, British wool and eOlus recycled fibres are all responsibly sourced and certified to the Responsible Wool Standards. The plant-based fibres used in the mattress are also responsibly sourced, and the eOlus sustainable fibre is made from recycled water bottles, making it an eco-friendly choice.
The packaging for the Hypnos Pillow Top Select mattress is derived from plants, underlining this mattress as an eco-friendly option. The mattress comes with a 10-year Hypnos guarantee, so you can be confident in the quality of your investment.
